Common inquiries

What happens when I use all my included minutes or SMS?
Nothing surprising. Usage is metered transparently — you can see minutes and SMS used vs. included in your billing settings, and we let you know at 80% before anything runs out. If a month runs hot you can top up with a pack (extra voice minutes or SMS) — there's no automatic overage bill and no cutoff mid-call.
What is the Growth Engine?
The optional revenue agents: nightly churn scoring with one-tap win-back drafts, targeted marketing campaigns with promo-fatigue guardrails, cancellation recovery with waitlist gap-filling, and a demand forecaster that proposes schedule fixes. Iris answering your phone is included in every plan — the Growth Engine is for when you're ready to actively grow, and one recovered colour client covers about four months of it.
How does the free trial work?
14 days, no credit card required to start. A card is required at the end of the trial to keep your phone number active — every AI-answered call carries a real cost, so there's no perpetual free tier.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from your billing settings. Changes are prorated, so you only ever pay for what you use.
How do deposits and no-show protection work?
Deposit collection via secure payment link is built into every plan. Iris collects deposits for high-risk or high-value bookings based on your policy — which makes the cost of not turning up clear up front and dramatically reduces no-shows.
Is there a contract required?
No contracts. RunChair is a monthly or annual subscription and you can cancel at any time without penalty. Annual simply saves you about two months.
